No, it isn’t. We encourage you to join the Facebook group, where a majority of our ladies connect with one another. But, for those of you who prefer not to be on Facebook, all our materials are shared via email.

It’s just $34 a week. We can’t give it away for free (though I wish we could!), but we want it to be as affordable and accessible to everyone as it can be in this COVID season.
We’d hate to see you go but know that wellness support isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you decide to cancel, just email the office and we’ll take care of you! You will be missed and are more than welcome to come back at any time.
We follow all Government policies to the letter, so you can be assured that you will be kept safe! If we head into a lockdown, we don't stop. We keep you moving through zoom sessions and coaching. We have got you covered! If you are isolating and can't keep moving, just talk with Laurinda and let's make something work :)
