What is the 8 Week Experience?

Our aim is to help you create a balanced lifestyle where you combine great health with self-confidence, family, friendship, inspiration and new experiences.
There are 4 classes a week to attend. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 7 pm and Saturday morning 7.30 am. Every class will give you an awesome workout that will start (or progress you), on a journey of health, fitness, energy, and well-being.
And while you’re there… you also get to partake in some really great experiences, that will invigorate, inspire, excite and reward you.
Past experiences have included: Zumba, Bounce, Laughing Yoga.
For a very affordable price, you will get so much more than just a workout.
Not only do you exercise in a really fun group environment with real purpose, real women, and a real smile, you receive weekly challenges, coaching and an amazing community of like-minded women to support you on your journey. This is about living your life with a cherry on top!
