Over the Christmas period, I have been known to stop my routines.
Especially exercising and eating consistently and when it comes to schools going back, I beat myself up. I curse myself for not continuing my routines and looking after myself.  
Then when February rolls around, I struggle to get back into normal routines.
So this year, I wanted to make it easy for all of us to stay accountable, motivated and to know that we don’t have to think about what workouts to do, or get stuck for yummy food ideas.
This holiday season, don’t let the I shoulda, coulda, woulda play out.
