This Reset Experience is giving you a taste of the Funfit Experience programme and it is for all women, any age, shape, fitness level.

At Funfit we run our classes away from traditional gym locations.  We want you to feel safe and secure, in a women-only environment, so you can focus on having fun and getting results.

The Reset includes 4 x workouts a week. a Q&A session with our Nutritionist, Weekly healthy-habit challenges to support you with the accountability you need to achieve your goals, and the cherry on top – a community of like-minded women! If this was a tui ad, this would be PRICELESS!

Saturday – 7.30 am (Strength, games, mixed training with Charlotte & Rin)

Monday – 7 pm (Barre & Pilates with Sophie)

Thursday – 7 pm (Metafit with Charlotte)

 

Zoom (ONLINE) – Yoga

Tuesday – 7 pm (Yoga with Cheryl)
